The customer is an experienced poultry farmer currently managing 350,000 layer chickens using a cage system. To expand the business, the customer plans to develop 20 broiler houses with a total capacity of 550,000 birds, using floor-rearing systems.
Based on the local climate, the customer's requirements, and our experience with broiler farming, HENGON developed a customized solution featuring open-sided poultry houses with an automatic side curtain system. This design supports natural ventilation while allowing the side curtains to be adjusted according to weather conditions and the needs of the birds.
Before making a decision, the customer visited our factory and compared several suppliers. After reviewing our proposed solution and production capabilities, the customer was highly satisfied with both our technical approach and manufacturing capacity.
By combining the customer's farming experience with HENGON's poultry project expertise, we provided a practical solution tailored to the local environment and large-scale production needs, supporting the customer's expansion into broiler farming.
